VIP cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited to your account on the following Monday. Cashback funds are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining balance — including deposited funds and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. In cases where no breach has occurred and the account is closed at ZA999's discretion for operational reasons, any verified remaining balance of deposited funds will be returned to the player.
ZA999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
